By placing an order with us it is deem that you have read,understood and agreed to the terms & conditions of Kachi. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory right.
I hope you love your Kachi jewellery. I know shopping on the internet is not always easy. While every effort is made to ensure that all the description and specification are correct,please note that all the jewellery on this site is handmade and variation and slight imperfection is possible. Variation occurs due to photographic process, software or computer used by you.
Ordering
To make a purchase, choose a category on the left,them click on the order button of the item you wish to buy,this will take you to the shopping cart,once you are here you have a choice to either continue shopping,recalculate or go to payment. Once you are at payment, you will be given choice of delivery service,click payment to go to the other page to enter you detail and to pay for goods.
Once an order is made, you will receive a confirmation email. Please let us know immediately if there are any discrepancies.
Payment
Payment can be made using your credit/debt card though PayPal secure online system, using your PayPal account. You DO NOT NEED A PayPal account to use PayPal.
I also accept postal order make payable to Ivalee Harris with your name and address written on the reverse. Please allow 5-7 days for cheque to be clear before goods can be sent.
Postage & Packaging
All UK orders are sent by 1st class Recorded delivery sign for, free of charge with Compensation of £36.00.
UK Next Day Delivery £6.00, takes 1- working day. and is trackable and insured,requires a signature, compensation of up to £500. European order £5.50. International order £8.50 takes 3-5 working days is trackable,with compensation of up to £500.
Please note: that all order sent outside the EU must have a customs form attached stating the content and value of the goods, that it is the customers responsibility to pay for any customs charges incurred.
Delivery
Goods are sent within 48 hours of receiving full and cleared payment. If for any reason goods cannot be sent within 48 hours, we will email you.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email me with the reason, within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
The item must be returned unworn, in its original condition and in its original packaging for a full refund minus PayPal processing fee and original postage cost. Postage will only be refunded on faulty goods. If the item is not return in undamaged conduction we cannot guarantee a refund.
Please Note: You are liable for cost of postage incurred for returning unwanted goods. Please obtain proof of return, I advise sign for (Recorded Delivery) as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damsge of goods in transit.
Please Note: For Health & Hygiene reason, We do not give refund on earrings.
