This is truly a beautiful organic piece its fun and playful. I take handmade sterling silver Bali heart and set a small garnet cabochon in my handmade bezel set. A small part of the bezel is form to look broken and falling from it  are tiny silver ball to form three line of tear drop. The pendant was wire on by hand onto a snake chain and accented with a pale citrine tear drop and tiny Bali spacer.  The whole piece was oxidised and hand polish to add to the organic nature of the piece.  There are matching sets of earring in my shop.
